    Please note that our fine jewelry pieces are made to order. Unless stated on the product listing as “available now”, the lead team may take between 4 - 6 weeks.

    Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Orders can take from 3 - 5 business days to ship. Please enjoy free US shipping on orders over $50USD automatically applied at checkout.

    POLICY FOR FINE JEWELRY COLLECTION:

    Orders are shipped via UPS. Once an item ships, it should arrive between 2 - 5 business days. All fine jewelry shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

  • POLICY FOR GOLD FILLED + STERLING SILVER PIECES:

    We hope you love your pieces, but if you are not satisfied we will gladly offer you store credit for any unworn items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please return your items in their original packaging and must not show any signs of wear or you will not be issued credit.

    To request a return, please fill out the form below within 10 days of having received your item(s). Please allow up to 48 business hours for one of our team members to follow up with the next steps.

    Once your items have been received in the expected conditions, we will issue you an online credit code for the amount of the exchange to use towards your future purchase. Please allow 48 business hours for your exchange to process once your item(s) has arrived to our facility. Your exchange code will be effective immediately, will never expire, is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

    Tommassini reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in an unacceptable condition.

    We understand that fine jewelry pieces are an investment and we want to make sure you love your decision. If you are not satisfied we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange for any unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges require approval therefore, had there been any signs of wear, alterations or defects a refund will not be issued.

    To request a return, please fill out the return form below within 14 days of having received your item(s). Please allow up to 48 business hours for one of our team members to follow up with the next steps.

  • We make it a priority to inspect all items before being shipped out however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@tommassinijewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    POLICY FOR FINE JEWELRY COLLECTION:

    Repairs for fine jewelry are case by case and note that jewelry is delicate by nature. Depending on the repair, it may take between 4 - 6 weeks for production and the customer will be charged accordingly unless the repair is our fault. Repairs needed caused by misuse, damage, impact, etc. will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer.
